Yes. We handle decoration in-house for the majority of our methods, including embroidery, pad print, laser engrave, deboss, digital transfer, and silkscreen. This gives us tighter quality control and faster turnaround times than outsourcing to third-party decorators.
Standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Rush orders may be available depending on the method and quantity — contact us to discuss your timeline before placing your order.
Our digital print methods — Digital Colour Print and Digital Inkjet — produce photographic-quality results with no colour limits. They are ideal for logos with gradients, photographs, or complex multi-colour artwork. Results are sharp, consistent, and resistant to fading.
Yes, for screen-based methods such as silkscreen and pad print, we can match Pantone (PMS) colours. For digital methods, we work to achieve the closest possible digital match. If colour accuracy is critical to your brand, please provide your PMS references when submitting your artwork.
Not all drinkware is compatible with full-colour digital methods. Bottles and tumblers with a powder-coated finish typically require pad print or laser engrave. We will advise on the best decoration method for each specific product during the quoting process.
Seamless Wrap is a full-coverage digital print that wraps 360 degrees around an item — most commonly used on drinkware. Unlike a standard front-panel print, Seamless Wrap covers the entire surface with no visible seam, making it ideal for pattern-based designs or all-over branding.
Yes. Many products support multi-location decoration — for example, a left chest embroidery and a sleeve hit on a polo, or a front and back print on a t-shirt. Each additional location is quoted separately. Let us know your requirements and we will advise on what is possible for each product.
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) as the preferred format, as these can be scaled without loss of quality. High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF at 300dpi or above) are also acceptable for digital methods. Please avoid low-resolution JPEG exports or files taken from websites. If you only have a low-quality logo, our design team can assist with artwork recreation at an additional cost.
