Questions we get a lot.
Honest answers about how we work, what we charge, and how we're different from a standard promotional products company.
Most promotional products companies operate like a catalog - you browse, you pick, you order. We operate like a brand agency. We start every engagement with a conversation about your brand, your audience, and what you're actually trying to achieve. We then curate products that serve that strategy, rather than showing you 50,000 options and letting you guess. We also default to sustainable and ethically sourced options, prioritise local and minority-owned suppliers, and bring design-agency rigour to every product presentation.
Our minimum order is $500. Most of our clients spend between $1,500 and $15,000 per order, though we regularly work with smaller budgets for specific use cases like volunteer gifts or small team kits. If you're not sure whether your budget is workable, book a free audit and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
Standard production and delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are possible for most product categories with a lead time of 5 to 7 business days, though rush fees apply. Custom manufactured items like sublimated jerseys or premium gift sets may require 3 to 4 weeks. We'll always give you a specific timeline upfront before you commit.
No. Many of our clients come to us with a logo file and a general idea. We handle the rest - adapting your artwork for each product, mocking up options for your review, and providing print-ready files. If your logo is old or low-resolution, we can advise on what's needed. We treat every product presentation as a brand presentation, so we won't send you a mockup that doesn't look right.
Vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) are ideal and give us the most flexibility. High-resolution PNG or PDF files also work well. Low-resolution JPEGs can sometimes be used but may limit your product options. If you're unsure what you have, just send us what you've got and we'll tell you what's workable.
Yes. For orders above a certain size, we can arrange pre-production samples for review before the full run. Sample availability and costs vary by product and supplier. We'll always flag this option when it's relevant to your order.
Yes - and we treat sustainability as a default, not a premium upgrade. We maintain a curated range of GOTS-certified organic cotton apparel, RPET recycled material products, Fair Trade certified goods, and Made in USA options across most product categories. We'll always tell you what certifications a product has - and what it doesn't have. We don't greenwash.
Yes. A significant part of our work is with nonprofits, NGOs, and trade associations across the DMV. We understand nonprofit budgets, donor optics, and the specific occasions where branded merchandise makes the biggest impact. We offer flexible payment terms for registered nonprofits on a case-by-case basis.
