These terms govern your use of the PromoEO website and your engagement with our branded merchandise services. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and quotes
All quotes provided by PromoEO are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed or emailed order approval and any required deposit. Prices are subject to change due to supplier price fluctuations, artwork complexity, or changes in order specifications.
Payment
Standard payment terms require a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining balance prior to delivery. For registered nonprofits, alternative payment arrangements may be available on a case-by-case basis. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and ACH. All prices are in USD.
Artwork and approvals
Production begins only after written approval of the final artwork proof. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork for accuracy, including spelling, colours, and placement. PromoEO is not liable for errors in the final product that were present in the approved artwork.
Delivery and timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless a specific rush deadline has been confirmed in writing. PromoEO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supplier production delays, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and defects
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, misprints, or items materially different from the approved proof, we will reprint or credit the affected items at no charge. Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Intellectual property
The client warrants that they have the rights to use all logos, artwork, and trademarks submitted for their order. PromoEO reserves the right to use images of completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before production.
